At House of Veylira, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a growing startup and small business, we genuinely value every order placed with us. We request our customers to kindly read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
● Wrong product received
● Damaged product received
● Major manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
● The product must be unused and unworn
● Original packaging and tags should be intact
● Unboxing video is mandatory as proof
● Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of ethnic wear and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for:
● Color variation due to lighting/screen settings
● Minor thread or weaving irregularities
● Slight embroidery or print variations
● Change of mind or dislike after purchase
● Customized or ready-to-wear altered sarees
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
● Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit
● Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
● Shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
● Damaged items
● Incorrect products sent by us
Customers must share:
● Order ID
● Product images
● Proper unboxing video proof
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Ready-to-Wear / Customized Orders
Ready-to-wear sarees or customized blouse stitching orders are specially prepared and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
